Dr Ahmed Mohammed Sarki- Founder and Executive Director
Dr Sarki holds a BSc Microbiology from Bayero University, Kano; Diploma in Information Systems Management (with Distinction) from APTECH Computer Education; MSc Public Health (with Distinction) from Oxford Brookes University, UK and a PhD in Medicine from University of Warwick, UK.
Dr Sarki also holds a Certificate in 'Project Management' from HiiT(Abuja Center), and a Certificate in 'Monitoring and Evaluation' from E&F Management Consult, sponsored by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) (Nigeria office) through African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET).
At present, Dr Sarki is a postdoctoral researcher at Oxford Institute of Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Research (OxINMAHR), Oxford Brookes University, UK.
His prior experience includes being a Research Associate on a Randomized Controlled Field Trial conducted in Jigawa state, Nigeria led by Abdul-Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), Department of Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in collaboration with Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN). 
He also coordinated Sub-Saharan Africa Research Network at the Institute of Advanced Study, University of Warwick, for 2 years. Early on in his career, he volunteered at SFH Nigeria (Kano office) during the large-scale public education of Affordable Medicines For Malaria (AMFm) project which was sponsored by Global Fund and Roll Back Malaria in 2011. 
Dr Sarki has several years of experience in designing and implementing public health intervention projects particularly in low-and middle-income settings. He features as Public Health Specialist on 'Hira da Likita'- an educative talk show delivered in 'Hausa Language' that is focused on raising awareness on a wide ranging public health issues in Nigeria mainly targeting populations in Northern Nigeria. He was a panelist by Sickle Cell Aid Foundation (SCAF) and the US Embassy Abuja Nigeria to mark the 2016 'World Sickle Cell Day', in addition to granting several interviews to local and international media outlets.
Mohammed Rufai- Head of Operations 
He holds a BSc in International Business from Brunel University, UK, and a PGD in Supply Chain and Logistics from the University of Warwick, UK.




Dr Chidozie Nduka- Head of Research and Development 
Dr Nduka holds a medical degree (MBBS) from the College of Medicine, University of Nigeria Nsukka. He completed a master’s degree in public health (MPH) with distinction and a PhD in Health Sciences from Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick, UK.
Dr Nduka practised as a physician in the general areas of medicine and in primary healthcare in Northern and Southern Nigeria respectively. Beyond his experience in Nigeria, Dr Nduka briefly worked in sub-urban Kenya to improve the lives of vulnerable groups through clinical medicine and research.Thereafter, he worked as a consultant on CDC/USAID funded projects with the Centre for Integrated Health Programs (CIHP)- a non-governmental organization with focus in HIV/AIDS programming in Nigeria.


Dr Nduka is presently a Research Fellow in Clinical Effectiveness at Populations, Evidence, and Technology Group, Division of Health Sciences, Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick, UK. His research interest is in epidemiology of chronic non-communicable diseases among people living with HIV in sub-Saharan African countries.    

Hajiya Kubra Abdulsalam- Head of Planning and Implementation
Hajiya Kubra holds a HND in Agric Home Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is an experienced extension worker with more than 25 years worth of experience. She has also worked with WHO, UNICEF, DfiD on several health intervention projects. She also sits on the board of several NGOs.



Bashir Mohammed- Head of Procurement 
Bashir holds an OND Architecture from Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, and a BSc Architecture from Kano State University of Science and Technology, Wudil. Bashir has more than seven years experience in general procurement.
Mark Onafeko Badmus- Legal Officer 
Mark holds a LLB from University of Portsmouth, UK and LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation (with Merit) from the University of Warwick, UK. Mark has worked with Senior Counsels on both commercial and civil litigation from 5 Pump Court, Holborn London. His experience as a legal practitioner transcend various areas of law, ranging from International Law, Corporate Law, Financial law as well as law of Tort. Coupled with his FAYOHI duties, He also works within the Banking, Regulations and Finance sector in Nigeria and UK. He joined the United Kingdom arm of Guaranty Trust Bank in 2013 where he works as an Anti-Money Laundering Officer. Mark's exposure to the commercial mechanism of the legal system, his research and involvement with international conflict and health; with a major focus on Sudan and Libya during and Post-Gaddafi regime has informed his belief in the importance of public health as a mechanism to enhance human wellbeing and a catalyst for economic prosperity.
Mr Mark is one of the founders of 'One race, One community' scheme; a scheme that focuses on embracing cultural diversity by using sport to bridge the gap caused by ethnic and social divides. Mr Mark was a delegate to the Warwick Annual Corporate Social Responsibility and Climate Change Summit in 2013. He is also a Student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Institute of Chartered Securities and Investment (UK).


Aisha Allamin Daggash- Programme Lead NCDs and Mental Health
Aisha holds a BSc Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth, UK, and an MSc Biotechnology, Bioprocessing & Business Management (with Merit) from University of Warwick, UK. Aisha has certificates in; Ethical Issues in Public Health from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health OCW; Global Health: Case studeis from a Biosocial Perspective from Harvard University MOOC; and Project Management: A Comprehensive Course from the University of Warwick, UK.
Aisha is a Bioscience writer for Afrimind Online Platform-Africa and She is an aspiring global health expert with experience in NCDs and mental health.
